The teaser image had me thinking/wanting a navy blue - ice blue.
so i was originally underwhelmed at the reveal
then i thought aren't these real similar to the Dressens they just put out? (i looked side by side, they aren't)
but after about 2 hours of letting it marinate in my brain... I really like these
Last years Defcons are probably my most worn beater pair (i still have a pair on ice)
they skate great 3 seasons out of the year and they are tough as hell. (northeast skate sessions can be rough on gear)
so if these are the same warrior suede and all that as last year -
with this more wearable colorway,- then I am in for 2 pairs.
maybe we can get the UTP velcro patch going again.

Hehe, there are a few OTWS patches still "lingering" around. I'll just peel them off the beanies, and make new patches to put on the beanies, lol. And like I said on SV FB page: Hmm LBT officially acknowledged on this pair. I guess we know where Berto gets all his tactical gear from!

The best thing I like about this colorway is that they are an "everyday" wear type of shoe. Not just an occasional here and there

^^^^ our little feature is up now, and webstore / coming soon photos. Hope you guys enjoy what we were able to talk about.
Tried to do the shoe justice w/out misrepresenting it on our store photos... and then will be posting some images on our instagram account as well... hopefully between all 3 types of images / environment you will get a sense for true in the wild tones.
In true camo fashion it looks different in various lights and angles. Definitely better in person than any photo Ive seen released.
tmrsn --- the shoe comes with one patch. That is one thing I am comfortable sharing outside of our conversation, in which a lot of aspects are off limits... it was supposed to come with 2 as designed. A bit of a bummer for all parties involved, and the customer. I however, don't wear mine on the AOR sk8 hi... I took the patch off and put it on a jacket and wear the tongues w/out anything for comfort. I do like the idea of customizing and putting on your own patches as well. (or for those very few who stumbled over the sample crew sweater from last year, the patches that came with that...
)
