The whole thing about the manager meeting at hb is true that's how I heard of it. It's actually not supposed to be a running shoe at allbut the sole does break like the frees, as for that picture I don't know if those are the real deal or not they were described a lot differently to me also the guy said he got them at a sample sale so that doesn't necessarily mean that's what they'll look like. Good lookin out dj Guam I never thought of looking on IG haha

I really don't know what to think of this.. Just being real.. Why on earth would you make such an effort to mess with Nike? I see that even if they take a few sales percentages thats a lot of money but it's a bad investment to me.. Didn't they try this before? Lol and no one that actually take athletics and training seriously is going to buy those.. Personally I wanna see em tho! I could see em looking pretty rad. That's kind like shock comedy.. Its only cool or funny at first.. It gets old. And for them to make a PROFIT from this tho is going to require longer term thinking and investing.. But then again.. VF is got deeeeep pockets and vans has been making them a ton of money.. Iam misspelling and burning my lips.. Seriously tho... I want to see these!!

It's like every department of Vans is trying to venture off into other genres of footwear. I think they forgot why Vans has had a resurgence in the past few years, and that's because of their classics. In my opinion, they should only push the envelope to the limit of hybrid shoes. Mixing a few pairs of classics together, or taking STRONG styling cues from classics, and don't stray from the vulcanized sole!!! Everyone else is a biter when it comes to the vulc soles, but now they're becoming just that, by competing with the Kostons and P-Rods. Instead of pouring money into a new line, pour it into marketing, and advertisement, pointing out that they've got the OG vulcanized style. Have fun with it. Show that they've earned their respect and have some of the most loyal and legendary skaters on their team. Stuff like that, you know what I mean? Dip into that heritage they've helped pioneer. People could easily get behind that.
