Pretty sure he is buying in bulk from the outlets, when shoes leave the stores they go to the outlet and the longer they stay there the cheaper they get, and i could be wrong about the outlets and sale prices but I think there's a discount maybe like 10% when u buy more than 10 pair at once, iam glad this guy does what he does tho. U get a secone chance at alot of stuff
