There's a message on the website of the Dutch national postal service.
Also guys on a Dutch sneaker forum are awaiting their packages since the beginning of December, which pretty much confirms the above.

Seems to apply not only to Dutch packages, but Europe-wide. There's talk about a new US government regulation because of all the bullshit with bomb-packages last month.
