Vans Vault x Bodega "Coming To America"

Our design team recently paired up with Vans to create the ‘Coming to America’ Pack. The collection consists of three different and intricately designed OG Authentic LX models. Each color way features patterned fabrics that have African origins. The sneaker comes with an “Off the Wall” branded box and cinch bag with additional raw hyde laces. The Vans logo still appears on the upper, while a hidden Bodega logo is printed on the insole. Other unique features include tortoise shell lace eyelets, top edge leather piping, and gum toes. The collection stays align with our motif; to curate and create, rare quality goods. Releasing this Saturday 6.22.13 for $110/each the collection will be available both in-store and online.

I like them but wish the last two pairs didn't have a brown toe cap.

I agree, however, I feel it does work well with the shoe. Just not my taste. I do like how the foxing is the same on each one. Kind of sets this pack apart from others and really ties them together.

Top and bottom will be copped. Don't know if I like watermelons enough to get the middle one.

Wasn't that bottom design previewed somewhere else? I feel like I've seen it already, but unrelated to this pack... Maybe it was some early Vault leaks, though?

There was a thread made I believe. Probably in the collab section but I thought it appropriate to put it in the right place now that we know what it is. Albeit a collab it is a Vault collab.

just got an email from bodega with this info -

"After adding all three pairs to your cart, if you enter the code 'FULLPACK' at checkout you will get the entire Bodega x Vans Vault 'Coming to America' Pack for $300 (as oppose to $330).

FYI - code should be entered after going through PayPal before fully completing checkout."
