I barely fit a 12.....

In my experience taking out the removable insole gives enough room to size down 1 whole size pretty comfortably.

^ is this the aftermarket value of these recently? Don't mean to hijack the thread but they've seemed to have jumped quite a bit.... or is it just the 11-12 that has become increasingly valuable due to scarcity? for worn 11.5 + euro shipping that seems high but you guys are definitely not scared

From what I can tell, Brant, the Sk8 Mid is a very well-liked and coveted shoe. I haven't seen a real solid resale market for them, and I believe that's due to the fact that 90% of people who bought them kept them for personal use/stock. I monitor the market for Vans Syndicate, especially wtaps, quite avidly and I haven't seen a lot of these go around for sale since the release. I mean, 003, 005, 006 and even 018 bones collabs stay around in the market heavily from release-present and everyone has a good idea of what they sell for. For these, it's sort of a grey area. I've sold four pair between 9.5-10.5 size range, and from DS to worn, they're fetching an average of $200 easy.

8-9 and 11-12 must fetch even more now, being the toughest/most common sizes to sell out first.

Damn, sold a DS pair of 10.5's that didn't fit me for $115 a year and a half ago or so! Should've held on to 'em a little longer I guess! haha So glad I have a pair that fits, though. Definitely one of my favorite wtaps releases!

Yeah, these Sk8-Mids are on a slight incline, with the help of the Burgundy Bones, and well, just us here at OTWS. I've said it from the beginning, that if we have a home to buy, sell, trade, and show off all of our Vans, then the demand will go up, and our collections that depreciated about 4-5 years ago will slowly start to climb. Thus, Wtaps 003's are now non-existent...all you guys who were early adopters of the white wing Authentics are sitting on some cash cows...and a Vans hoarder like me, can actually feel a little better about my shrinking garage space not being for not. As collabs, and dope releases keep dropping, we all have our foundation set, and hopefully our connects as well. If you don't, well, you had plenty of time! Get to the back of the hype line, which has been also growing steadily. Supreme, anyone? That shit used to be easy as hell to get. Be lucky if you got older stuff!
