What up guys. Wanted to ask you guys, what cleaner do you recommend cleaning new era caps. Just the normal dirt from fingertips. I try to keep them cleaned and stored in zip lock bags. Thanks for your input.

I wish I had a fail proof method for cleaning New Era Wool Fitteds. The washing machine kills their shape. hand washing never gets everything out, but I think it's the best method. Perhaps a toothbrush with a little laundry detergent? The trick is to agitate it until it foams. That's when I feel it's doing it's best scrubbing. It probably depends what was on your fingers too. I normally rock them until I can't stand the smell or fitment anymore, because they shrink and get heavier after time.

Thanks Bill, normally it just the usual everyday oil and dirt my figures produce. Ive tried small amounts of carpet cleaner to laundry detergent. It's never the same as it is a couple weeks after getting a new
Hat.

Thanks lookdown :D ya the other day I used Shout gel. Work out really good. Just Rubed it in with fingures and rinsed out. Look like new. But I do need to buy the cap rack to let the hats dry out.

And it works really good on the vulcanize for that everyday dirt and scuffs
