Post by MallyMall7 »

hey im new to the forum and didnt know exactly where to post this so my apologies if this needs to be moved

on topic, i bought these eras maybe 4 yrs ago in great condition from a thrift store. as you can see i ran them into the ground lol i just loved em too much and longboarded in them but anyway i dont have a box or much to go off in finding these online. ive been searching but no luck for a while. jw if anyone could help me ID them or give me any sort of information about them. im pretty sure theyre GRs but thats all ive got lol. thanks in advance and i'll be lurking around the site soaking up knowledge :D

I'm still trying to find that actual model info, but I do know for sure that it's a "herringbone tweed" material, similar to the Vans California 106s that came out a little while ago. Try searching google for "era herringbone or era tweed" to find them, or something similar. Here's a pic of the 106s:

Here's a close match. You can call these an updated version, if you will.

your right Guam those are the newer ones… the ones pictured up top are called Herringbone Blk/Wht. I remember those from when I worked at Vans

They always have this herringbone design at Journeys, if you just wanna grab something easy:

His pair looks like there's a bit of a plaid to it, too, in that last pic... But yeah, Vans has been putting out lots of herringbone and plaid patterns lately, so even just shop.vans.com should help you out!
Hello, my name is Kyle and I'm addicted to Vans. I'm a size 9.5 or 10.

Looking for Supreme Disruptive Era's (any color, but especially teal), Supreme dark teal pebbled leather chukka, navy GR Zero Lo's...

@IAmRocketKyle on the instagramz.

Yeah, even I was thinking, just upgrade to one of the newer pairs. There's some on the GR line and CA line.
