My Vans room looks like my garage. And it looks more like a stockroom, than a showroom. Actually, it looks like an episode of hoarders, LoL!

Saw this jacket at the Pendleton store... was $228.00
Looked online and saw it was for sale for $158 (plus shipping and tax) so I ordered it...
I got an email today (the day the jacket was gong to arrive) saying they had "up to 75% off".. so I looked on the website and saw the jacket was 1/2 price for 113.99.
Thats 3.99 more than the Pendleton Board shirts cost at retail (110.00)... so I got the jacket for 50% of the retail price which is rare for Pendleton stuff.
Called Pendleton and they credited me the difference between the price I paid and the sale price which saved me an additional $50.....
The jacket has been treated with a water repellent and is insulated for extra warmth... the shell is made from Merino Wool with Thinsulate insulated nylon for lining.
It came in a coat style long box folded in 1/2 on a hanger, wrapped in tissue and was ready to wear out of the box... no wrinkled mess as usual from other retailers when you get a package.

Quality stuff Jim! Also kinda cool how they honored the refund of the price difference. If that doesn't make anyone a repeat customer, then nothing will!

I barely got the words out of my mouth to the gal on the phone and she says ok... I credited your account for the difference.
I refreshed the order page on the computer and it was adjusted on the invoice... thats pretty damn quick to me.
If you give me quality service WITHOUT attitude I will be a repeat customer.. even if the price is a lil more they will still get my business.
I try not to deal with companies with lame customer service... thats why Eastbay will NEVER get my money EVER!!
