Those would be the Vans Vault ones brotha. Caballero LX to be exact. Check out http://www.sportiela.com to see what they have left on their site. They do have random sizes, but not sure if 12 were one of them.

Ohh the "reptile skin" OG ones...I see! Yeah man, I passed those up at The Rack too. Didn't they release along with the other 20th Anniversary Caballero's, with the "XX" on the heels? I like how they printed the dashed line on the inside so that you could follow along with your scissors too.
