Hi, so I just sold a pair shoes of $300 shipped thu paypal. And, can someone teach me how to ship out internationally? The cost? etc.

Is it true that Paypal waits until you give them shipping info and that you shipped out before they put buyer's funds into sellers' paypal account?

^Paypal doesn't do that. If you haven't received the payment don't ship. If you received an e-check wait for it to clear before shipping. I print all my labels at home, but for international packages I go to the post office since usps won't pick it up from home. Cost varies by country/weight.
