Where does it say that?
The only reason I say this is because there are notable differences in the side panels between the Priz's and the Prison Issues.

oh it doesn't say it anywhere but vans has made a lace up Prison Issue and it was called Priz not Prison... that was a long time ago though and it was a GR...
