Elusive Era Hi's

Post by checkeredpast »

Earlier today, I was looking at the
Black ones that just came out
On the first of this month. Looking
at Vans website now, they're gone!
How can a new shoe disappear in
5 days? Luckily, I still had this page
open from yesterday:
http://www.vans.com/shop/mens-shoes-cal ... rnt-orange

Go to the Cali collection now and
they've upped and vanished like
a fart in the wind. What gives?
Slips, Eras, and Auth's...oh my!

Some models they accidentally put up for sale too soon. With some Cali Vans, they're designated for in-store only, but with these I highly doubt it would be an in-store exlcusive. There are a ton of online Cali dealers too, so patience is key!

Ha ha! Too late. I found a
listing on the bay for cheaper
than I'd get it in store, so
naturally I had to jump on it.

What's interesting about the
Era Hi's is that they're similar
to the Switchbacks, IMHO.
At least the Brogue pair I have.
Comfortable shoe, but not
conducive for standing all day
at work. Still like the look of the
Era Hi's and you don't see too
many of them.
